Pizza please

So I have finally joined twitter and have about 155 followers pretty exciting for signing up around midnight last night! So thanks to one of my followers the featured food today is PIZZA! Yes I know i'm excited too and most of the time i'm always excited about something! This pizza is all homemade and absolutely rocks, I love homemade things you don't get the chemicals and other things you would get if you bought a frozen pizza at the store. So get the rolling pin out and get the oven preheated, and start COOKING!

Pizza Crust

1 package dry active yeast
1 cup hot water
1 teaspoon sugar or a packet of stevia
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons I can't believe it's not butter light
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour or whole wheat flour

Now start off by putting the yeast in a big bowl add the hot water, sugar or stevia, salt, onion and garlic powder, I can't believe it's not butter light, then mix together until the yeast has mainly dissolved in the hot water then slowly start adding the flour, when you add all the flour start kneading into a doughy consistency once it has reached this point let set for 5-10 minutes, then use a rolling pin roll the dough flat and put on a pizza pan or a cookie sheet, what ever it will fit on. Set a side to get remaining ingredients ready.

Pizza Topping
5 pieces center cut bacon
1, 14.5oz can of Italian Diced tomatoes
1, 7oz bag Kraft fat free mozzarella cheese
2 cups of spinach, raw

Cook the bacon all the way and chop into little pieces, drain the tomatoes, and chop up the spinach, Next take the pan with the crust on it and spread the tomatoes evenly all over the crust next sprinkle the bacon and the spinach all over the crust then top it off with the cheese. Now put in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown, and then cut into 10 even pieces! Enjoy
